The air defense captain staff lieutenant general  (Jabbar  Obaid Kazem) opened the lieutenants restaurant at the

time of Ramathan in the headquarter , the air defense commander said ‘ we try to present the better administrate  services especially the meals to our sons (lieutenants &mattresses ) according to the procedures and instructions of the supplement directorate )’ and we confirm to important care about cleaning the restaurant, kitchens and the persons work in the headquarter ,sections and the formalizes of our command , and this is our duty to take care on it and check it all the time to raise the morals of staff and present any service can present to them because they are Iraq’s sons whose defended on the sky and land against any outside enemy , the air defense commander praised the efforts which it worked to complete this restaurant and supply it with all content according to the requirement and procedures .
