As including of  The air defense captain staff lieutenant general  (Jabbar  Obaid Kazem) tour , he visited

 the command training directorate , technical equipment command and communications command to checking the works of the activities of these directorates and the mechanic of the job according to the coordinates , he ordered the training directorate to follow the training courses according to the training memorize and the recourses instructions and insist on the training to all the staff in the systems , equipment and weapons of the air defense , it should be focus on the practical side , in addition to other locations that concern of all the training and fighting  talents , during his tour and checking the technical and equipment command , the air defense directed to the watching and practical to all the signs and information that it had possible formed the decisions and jobs on it , he confirm on the communications to keep on the information and how to transform it quickly to whole the weapons and systems to do the duties according to the times , also he confirm about keep go on the work to achieve the workers and readiness in all the time .

The air defense commander was directed, in his tour, the media and moral department to follow the honor martyrs, injuries and missing board of the air defense headquarter.
